Always satisfied with service the last 8 years. Mary was attentive and thorough. She called when I was on vacation to inform vehicle would be ready. Made appointment and was able to make my trade, approve financing and pick up the vehicle in one visit. Apple play and other features were explained. Pleased with everything.

Sheridan Uhlich was great to work with!

Sheridan Uhlich was great to work with! No pressure sales, knowledgeable, responsive and followed through. Everyone at Morrie’s was great. Super friendly, no pressure but provided information and explanations for why a thing was a good value. I would recommend Morrie’s to friends and family.

Super great experience at Subaru with Nathan and Theresa! Came in on two occasions to test drive and to purchase- Nathan kept in great contact with me and was fantastic with helping me buy my Crosstrek!

Super disappointed on this.

Super disappointed on this. Contacted Beth to discuss a Crosstrek that was on the lot. 9300 miles on a base level Crosstrek from 2019. She answered all the questions we had. We come up to see this, and my husband notices the car has hail damage, all over the roof and hood. Beth seemed genuinely surprised and contacted a manager. Beth was professional in this situation, but I cannot say the same for the Manager, or the dealership. The fact we drove an hour to see the car, and this was not disclosed at any point. Very disappointing. I think the worse part was the manager which made us go from 'buy happy' to 'screw this place' in the blink of a eye. Honestly we do not blame Beth on this, but the dealership. We wiIll never use this place in the future.

Our experience was exactly what we hoped for.

Our experience was exactly what we hoped for. We love the car we ended up with and the service was helpful, relaxed, and kind. Tom welcomed us like friends and made us feel secure in our decisions. We were worried it would be difficult to do what we came to do since we had our young toddler with us, but everyone was delighted to have her there and that made it much easier.
