They went beyond my expectation. They are one of the reasons why I bought my 2023 forester. They all were patience with my crazy mind about car color of choices. They never treat me any differently from their other clients.! It took me about two months for me to decide on which one I want. Mary was so patience with me and was not pushy when I told her I was looking at different SUV. That is when I knew I wanted to work with Mary Team. I already talk to other people about looking Into this dealership cause of my excellent experience. Mary, she is the best- she made me feel very comfortable and has a lot of patience with my million of questions Teresa - she is the best and didn’t push me to make final decision about my payments. We traded our Outback 2022 in perfect state with all the treatments and Subaru accessories. Still, they didn't respect the Guaranteed Trade-in Value that My Subaru App displayed at the moment of purchasing.

Tim Hornig was great and very helpful in the process and I appreciated Kip gave me options. The sales manager (Scott?) said congratulated me. I was frustrated that I had less than a quarter of a tank of gas in my new car and had to fill it the next day. It was used, but it was still a $41K vehicle so that surprised me. No one took me through the vehicle so there were questions I had to look up answers to online
