Working with Morgan was incredible. It's clear that her number 1 priority is helping her customers get exactly what they want/need and ensuring that everything goes smoothly for them. We had no problems, but I KNOW that if there'd been a problem, Morgan would have gotten it fixed. Morgan updated us regularly with the status of the car we'd ordered, even if it was just to let us know that there were no changes since her last update. this is the 4th car we've purchased from Morrie's Mtka Subaru, and every time we've had a good experience. We love that there's no negotiating, that everyone gets the same price, and that the sales people have no incentive to upgrade you to options you don't need. We feel that they set a fair price when they bought our current cars. It was easy to work with everyone at the dealership, especially Kat (who was responsible for purchasing our cars) the finance person (I think it was Teresa), and Janette, who patiently answered our Q about our new car. ALSO: We loved that they were able to put on a new license plate before we took the car; what a great idea!

Excelent experience. The entire team was very kind and professional. I was kept updated at all times. The pickup experience was smooth and the final interest rate were offered was great!

Ryan was helpful and just doing his job. Warranties are hard to sell but I felt really rushed to sign even when i just wanted to understand if i could get financing.
