Asked them 5 times to email me with details/photos.
Asked them 5 times to email me with details/photos... never replied. Calling useless. Someone called back but did not leave info I asked for-didn't know what vehicle I wanted - (Cars.com) clearly stated the car as I did in my message. Ran a car evaluation about trade-in value, got email back wanting photos-they thought I wanted to sell them my car apparently, as nothing was said about the trade I asked about. After 5 days of striking out, I gave up. Keep you car, as I can find a dealer who does not put you thru so much work to buy their car. No Idea who I was supposed to work with; nothing mentioned. Since I cannot submit the review without mentioning someone I just picked people at random to complete this review. I'm not going back to them for anything, but now I get emails every other day from them. xxx

Everyone treated me fine.
Everyone treated me fine. From the salesman to the service person. I will be able to tell you more after I have to bring it into service a few times. Service after the sale is where I usually have problems.

Pleasant, and helpful.
Pleasant, and helpful. Willing to answer all my questions. I was a little disappointed that after two hours after agreeing to purchase the car I still had to drive my trade in home. Come back the next day for another hour and a half before I could leave with my new car. I paid cash for the car. My credit score was 838. I was told that the sale would have been more complicated if I needed a loan. I guess I wasn’t expecting the length of time involved. That said, everyone was helpful, and tried to make buying a car a positive experience. It also would have been nice to have gas put into the vehicle. The gas lite came on when i left with the new suburu outback.
