Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru

My wife, Mary and I were very well pleased with the treatment we received from the complete staff Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. They went out and above in catering to our needs in the purchase of our vehicle as we came from South Dakota and were not familiar with the area or dealership. Djala Toure even helped us getting in and out of the aera due to the traffic. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I have also like this dealership, but my most recent experience was terrible. There was zero respect for our time to sign the purchase agreement. We made an appointment for 4:30 and almost an hour later we had not been called to signs the documents. I had been told it would take 46-60 minutes in total by a salesperson. When I complained to the GM, he told me it normally takes up to two hours. The dealer seems to want and not care if you wait, so long as they keep making sales, the customer's time appears to be unimportant.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. This is the second car we've purchased. We will be back!
