Service check up

The service attendant was great and I've had him last time I was there and he's the best employee I've ever met at Toyota. Please give him a promotion and raise.

All over services

Meeting me right away. Front service people explained in layman's terms what needed to be done and offered a choice relating to possible deals afforded to me. Waiting area was pleasant with fresh coffee. Tho I didn't take part in the massage therapist menu, I noticed many people did.

Polite, timely, good communication. My questions were answer. Laid back vibe and not pushy. Complimentary car wash was nice as well.

Awesome customer service with prestine facility

I was greeted at my car and they opened my car door. My service rep was very kind and explained my service program as I have a new car and first time in. I had a question as well and he answered it fully. Your waiting room is very roomy and bright. Service was FAST and my checkout process was just as good as my check-in. THANK YOU for being top notch customer service. :)

Great service!! The staff is always happy and friendly! They are always super helpful! I never have any doubts about what needs to be done with my car and I know everything will be taken care of correctly.

Super buying experience

Troy McKinney did an excellent job of describing the features of several Toyota models in a very no pressure manner. He as very patient with my questions and answered them all fully. The person who did the final sales paperwork was very efficient and was also able to completely answer our questions about warranty. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.

Great service

Knowledgeable salesman, listened to what I wanted and bent over backwards to see that I got it. Took his time in going over options and showing me different vehicles that met my requirements.

Great service but wait for part was too long.

The employees who I interacted with where pleasant and polite. They kept me informed of what to expect. The customer lounge was clean and comfortable. .
