As always, Justin is a great Service Manager. His assets include being knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone and I have numerous times. I had the worst experience ever.
I had the worst experience ever. I had a good worker helping me and then he moved me to a younger guy which is fine but then the younger guy sucked which communication and is a Gen Z. Sending emojis instead of responding. The car had low tire pressure. The car oil was low but they made excuses why they can’t change it. And lastly there was no more window washer fluid. Like what the xxxx. I wish I never bought my car from this dealership.

Oil change and recall accomplished without issue.
Oil change and recall accomplished without issue. I was expecting an issue with the recall because you indicated parts were not available. However the high pressure fuel pump was not leaking. Great!

The staff are always very courteous and friendly.
The staff are always very courteous and friendly. They always take the time to explain what is needed. I love the video the technician sends while working on your vehicle and that the paperwork gets sent to you electronically when your vehicle is ready.

Was very impressed with Kyle.
Was very impressed with Kyle. He made spending $2,000 on preventative maintenance on our CR-V the easiest and not guilty feeling of any repair! Excellent communication and seem do have my back with our decision to forego the spark plugs and tranny fluid change and air filters for now. The car now drives noticeably better - immediate responsiveness from the accelerator. Love the Burnsville Honda shop - very glad we have been coming here for over a decade! Work was performed incredibly quick. Great job all around!
