Definitely odd practice to start out my interaction. The service tech while reviewing my car said these words “what else can we ding you with today?” As a consumer it felt very off putting and made me feel like they just wanted to add as many services on just to add money to the total. Then while trying to small talk would tell me that he hates talking and interacting with people. Just overall my worst experience at Honda to date.

Great service, very friendly staff.
Great service, very friendly staff. The no-negotiation, up-front cost was nice. They also went the extra mile of towing our vehicle back for service when there were issues with the warranty still pending. Would definitely recommend.

My service advisor was great and he is getting a 5.
My service advisor was great and he is getting a 5. However, I am rating your call center a 1 & I am also not happy with the sales team as none of them gave me the information re: the vehicle maintenance program I paid for w/purchase of my lease. I have never had this before & have always brought vehicle in apx. every 5,000miles for oil/tire rotation/etc. When I called to make the appointment no one could tell me about the plan & said to make my appointment which I did. Then, after taking time out of my work day to come to the appointment I'm told the service wouldn't be covered because I hadn't gotten the maintenance light telling me the service was needed unless I wanted to pay for it out of pocket. Had there not been a faulty hatch that needed repair under warranty it would have been a completely wasted trip. As this is my first time buying this plan through Walser, so far, I'm not impressed. I still don't fully know/understand what is covered on this maintenance plan you got me to pay extra for. Feels a little scammy.

Always have a great experience with Honda and the service
Always have a great experience with Honda and the service department. Ben assisted me in repairs with my 2015 Honda Pilot. He kept me updated and secured me a rental until my Pilot was finished. Very nice young man. Friendly and kept me informed. Very helpful.
