I give the dealership a low rating in terms of customer

I give the dealership a low rating in terms of customer support. I paid the full amount, no negotiations via ACH transfer, it took the dealership several days to get back to me even though the funds were transferred to walser the next day. While I respect the process, I never got a straight answer as why it took.so long. I had to call several times to follow up which is unacceptable. At the end, I did ask as a curtesy for replacing the missing driver side's floor mat. I got a straight NO from Phil. Not even sorry that's not possible. I summary, I don't expect to do more business with Walser based on my experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The service department went beyond my expectations taking

The service department went beyond my expectations taking care of my car and the repair work it needed. The technician (13739) did an extraordinary job diagnosing the problems with the car and making recommendations for the repairs. I would say this was probably the best service experience I have had.
