I worked with Paul (sales), Andrew (finance) and Phil (Sales Manager) all three were very respectful of my time and listened to what I was looking for. the dealership was no pressure and a very efficient sales process (about an hour). They used iPads to showcase services and features, collect info, and save time during the sale. I also felt the deal we worked out was very fair and was a Win-Win. I was impressed with all three and their service levels.

Purchase and follow up
Paul assisted me with my purchase and was fantastic. He went above and beyond and has maintained contact since my purchase a year ago. He helped me buy with confidence, and made sure to take the time to show me the bells and whistles on my A4. I have and will continue to refer people to that location. Audi North Shore sets the benchmark for what other dealers aspire to be.

Most pleasant new car purchase ever
I came to Audi still in love with my old car and not wanting to part with it. But I was so impressed with the Audi Allroad and all it had to offer, that I soon became excited about becoming an Audi owner. the entire purchase profit was streamlined and efficient, and the staff that helped us were fabulous. I am very happy with my Audi North Shore experience.

insulting a return customer
I made an appointment to purchase my 2nd Brand new Audi. I returned to my salesman's I purchased my first Audi from. He was so rude and insulting. Low balled me on my trade in so low. I thought why am I purchasing a vehicle that depreciates to less than 1/2 in 3 years??? When I said I'm not playing a number game give the best deal. He got almost hostile. I asked for my keys ( the GM still had those) He accused me of taking food out of his family's mouth. a few days later I met a great salesman's at Milwaukee Audi. Gave me a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on my Brand new Audi Q5. Since my purchase at Milwaukee Audi I have been to there twice for service. My Salesman Sam takes a few minutes to stop and chat with me. I wish I would have bought my first Audi from Sam.

Great experience all around
I had a great experience with the purchase of my R-8 at Audi north shore. The entire team, front to back gets customer service at a high-level. Paul and John Jones were a pleasure to work with consummate professionals. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them for your Audi purchase.

Very happy first time customer
I came into Audi North Shore last week not really sure what I wanted in a car, I just knew I was looking for a new SUV. This is where Steve Pass enters into my solution. He was not only the best salesman I've ever dealt with but after checking my ID, it turns out we're actually neighbors. Steve took the time to show me all the options available and explain how everything works etc. In the end I ended up choosing the 2015 Audi Q5. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm glad I came in and would recommend anyone in the market for a new car stop in and check out Audi North Shore. Everything and everyone was exceptional. Definately not your "typical" car dealership, I experienced no waiting time and was treated extremely well. Thanks again Steve and also to Andy over in finance.

I love my Audi A3!
I just purchased an Audi A3 from Steve Pass. After years of driving a big family station wagon, I have "graduated" to a zippy little car that is quiet and unassuming on the outside but feels and looks like a sportscar on the inside - just what I wanted! Steve Pass was a pleasure to work with. He was a gentleman in all ways and very knowledgeable regarding Audis. Manager Ryan Montgomery also did a great job. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy the same car from Steve Pass. It was a great experience overall. By the way, I have never taken the time to write a review until now. Steve Pass and Audi North Shore are worth taking the time to do so. Steve, thank you!!

Expected more from an Audi dealer
Brought car in for alignment. After rotation, car rode horribly. Noisy, vibration. Took it back to balance the wheels--charged $140! Car still rides rough, noisy. Contacted dealer with problem and after 5 days--NO RESPONSE. This is not what I would expect from an Audi dealer. First and LAST Audi I will ever buy!

Internet inquiry process is broke
Got bounced around to two of their internet guys, who did not know what they had in inventory. Finally made an appointment, showed up and no one was ready for me, and then was told the car was sold days ago.. Very disappointing experience.
