Just to preface this experience, my family including two
Just to preface this experience, my family including two adults, children and our small dog went in to look at a vehicle for a second vehicle on a whim. We had one vehicle in mind and did not contact the business prior to our arrival. Before we walked through the front doors, Todd greeted us. We told him what we wanted to look at, Todd didn’t miss a beat. He went to look for the keys, vehicle was already sold. In my head, I started preparing myself for the stereotypical sales and gimmicks. To my surprise, Todd asked a very relevant question about price range, payment vs overall cost and budget. When I responded, Todd did not hesitate to work with me and my family. Todd showed me a vehicle that was better, in all aspects. I spent a short amount of time there, I felt like family different staff came out of the woodwork to help process and support our purchase of our vehicle. Special shoutout to Todd and Blake, if you have a chance to look for a vehicle, go to Ryan in Buffalo so you can have the same comfortable experience that I had with this dynamic duo.
