My wife and I were looking for used Dodge Durango's. Ryan Auto Mall had a recent trade come in and I messaged the dealer late in the evening. Melisa responded right away. There were only a few pictures available because the vehicle hadn't been through the shop yet for cleaning. She was very thoughtful and snapped a quick video of the vehicle for me the next morning. That confirmed for me I had to see it. She had the vehicle ready to view and drive on time. We bought it and closing the deal with Dane was smooth. Very good experience. They will get the service business and I can't wait to shop for a new Wrangler when mine is ready ready for retirement.
