A fine experience in purchasing our new Accord. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and our questions and concerns were all handled professionally. Temi was very energetic and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Actually we were just looking and ended up buy a vehicle. Temi explained how everything worked on the model we were considering. He didn't push us to buy a larger more expensive model. Can't say enough about the treatment we received from the beginning to the end. . We are senior citizens and Temi patiently went over all the features several time. We've been with Luther Hopkins for a long time. Their service is outstanding in all respects. After replacing the dead battery, they cleaned and washed our Honda...in the middle of winter!

This was the only dealership that had the Honda Insight, so we were obligated to come here. The salesman had some knowledge of the vehicle, but not as much as i would have hoped. We were also told this vehicle was fully inspected, but it wasn't so we had to go back and have the inspection done. the also definitely pushed the "extra packages", which we did end up purchasing. Buying a car is already an unpleasant experience, and i don't know if we would have had a great one somewhere else, but it wasn't a great experience.
