it was a search to find the right sales person
the initial contact person did not get details straight, was not open to giving information till it was a sure sale, got my name wrong, sent email to my niece... My next sales person was phenomenal, personable, listened, paid attention, knew the vehicle, able to explain it all courteous and accurate.

Two Thumbs Up
I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was - from beginning to end. We were welcomed the moment we entered the dealership, and a salesperson was paged to assist us. My husband and I were fortunate to have landed in the capable and knowledgeable hands of Ali Pesses. Ali took us through the buying process seamlessly, answering every question we had. It was immediately obvious she knew the Honda brand inside out and particularly the CRV line which we were interested in. By the end of our visit, we had decided on a model and had begun the paperwork to purchase. When we returned the following day, Ali was waiting to orient us to the car, and guide us through the paperwork and process necessary to take ownership of the car. She was so helpful (and patient!) in guiding us through pairing our phone to car play and showing us the different features of the car. We also were so impressed with Slavik Miro who handled the warranty piece of the purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personable. He took a great deal of time explaining the warranty options available and was thorough in going through the purchase paperwork with us. Thanks to Ali and Slavik we felt we couldn't have been in better hands. Based on our experience, we will definitely be recommending family and friends check out Hopkins Honda when they are looking for a new, used, or leased vehicle.

Fast and easy service
From the ease of making my service appointment to the job done by the service folks (Donna, Jace, Jerry S.) all helped the process move smooth and were all as usual , helpful and good to work with, The facility is spotless, and first class. The super luxury car guys could take a lesson from Hopkins Honda mike s.

Great Experience
Temi was one of the kindest and most helpful sales consultants I’ve ever come across! He really was genuine in his approach to helping me and he made me feel comfortable the entire time. He made my first experience of leasing a car very enjoyable. Can't recommend Temi enough.

Temi is a great guy!

Fantastic Salesman
Temi was very knowledgeable of the cars I was interested in. I had gone in with an idea for what type of car I wanted and he really nailed it. I was honestly going to purchase a different car elsewhere, but Temi was such an excellent salesman, I just had to go with the Honda HRV right then and there. I highly recommend Temi for anyone looking for an excellent salesman who really knows what they're doing.

Made recall service easy
Pleasant experience all around. Easy to schedule (and re-schedule). Work done sooner than estimated. Good and efficient communication. Discounts and coupons applied. Coffee was pretty good, too!

Not bad
Overall decent experience. Sales process was low pressure. Every employee was both friendly and went out of their way to helpful. However, once a decision was made, it took a little bit too long to walk out with the car. The major delay was Honda Financial services. They were inefficient and not particularly responsive. It delayed the entire process. BTW, I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle.
