The dealership was clean and presentable.

The dealership was clean and presentable. They were moving showroom vehicles, so tables were being moved while we were there. Amenities were reasonable, only 1 bag of popcorn when we were offered snacks and was stated they could make more, other snacks were gone by that time. Busy, but we were accommodated by a salesman, we made an appointment 30 minutes prior. The dealership overall was fine, however, our experience could have been better. The salesman didn’t know much about the specific vehicle we were interested in. After decided to move forward with the purchase he also fumbled through the purchasing process and ultimately forgot to have us fill out a form after we left and ran us down while leaving to finish filling the form out he forgot. The vehicle wasn’t cleaned prior to purchasing. He had it detailed while we were doing the forms, only to have the vehicle not cleaned well after the detailing either. Sand, crumbs, and sticky stuff left on the side panels and leather seats. We shared that it wasn’t cleaned well and he said we could come back for a thorough clean and to get the license plate on, as their shop had closed by then. When we came back to get the license plate on and vehicle cleaned, they got the plate on quickly but ended up waiting 2 hours for the vehicle to be done as the sales person was helping another customer. He said we’d only be there an hour. The vehicle was still not well cleaned with sticky stuff still on the seats and sand on the panels with spill splatters on the panels also. Overall, pretty unsatisfied with the service we received, however the dealership itself was fine, as this review asked for what we thought of the dealership.

Walser has been my dealership for my last three vehicles.

Walser has been my dealership for my last three vehicles. They’re the only one I will consider because the staff is outstanding top to bottom and they make you feel as if you are their only customer. Kudos to everyone at Walser Jeep Hopkins!!

AWFUL buying experience.

AWFUL buying experience. I came into the shop interested in purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. I asked for a “out-the-door” price several times and could not get a straight answer from anyone (and they passed me along to three people). I was interested in purchasing that day, But everyone kept pushing a lease deal that they had going on. No matter what I said, that I wasn’t interested in leasing, they didn’t stop pushing the lease. It was infuriating. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Steve did a good job explaining the repairs that were completed. He also gave me an estimate of cost for other repairs needed. It’s good to know there is a 2 year warranty

I’ll never come back.

I’ll never come back. Not a welcoming vibe at all, on top of that I asked for an oil change and my antenna to be reconnected and that wasn’t done on top of what I already had done.
