Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I have had great customer service experiences with Walser Jeep. I own two Jeep Grand Cherokees and have had many interactions with this dealership. They use technology the right way, and are also very responsive by phone. James Garceron stayed late on a weekend day in order to help get my car ready ahead of vacation. This was above and beyond service and I appreciate it. Brian also helped with a repair on another vehicle and was fast, professional, and friendly. I have interacted with jim on many occasions and he has always been great as well. I feel like I can count on the Walser service team

Leased my 2019 Cherokee at another dealer. I will continue to do routine service and warranty work (if needed) at Walser simply because they are better in all categories. Another reason is that service advisors Jocelyn and Jim S. are just great both technically and personally at their job. Also their follow up and ease of appointment and reminders are well done. Kelvin was incredibly accommodating - I came in just as the vehicle I wanted to test drive was being sold. Kelvin walked me through almost identical used options and drove me to the nearest Walser to find my new to me car. Would encourage anyone who wants a great customer experience to request his help!

I've been working with Nate Wallin for awhile to find the right vehicle. Turned out it was more about timing and he came through with a hole-in-one drive!
