Run Flat Repair
Dealer would not repair Run-Flat tire even though Michelin states it can be repaired. Took tire to another certified vendor who repaired and balanced the tire. The tire weights fell off so took it to the Chevrolet dealership to have it re-balanced but was then advised they could not balance because the wheel was bent. I took the wheel to another facility to check rim with run out dial gauge to find that rim was not bent. It appears that the dealership just didn't want to work on this trouble. Due to this experience I will probably not use this service center again and will advise other to avoid it also.

Excellent service and attention from sales staff and mgt
I have not felt this well treated as a customer for many years. This is the first time I have purchased/leased a vehicle from Suburban Chev and I will be returning in the future. They used a no-pressure approach in negotiating my trade and subsequent vehicle lease. They did not try to push me toward a specific model or year to (possibly) meet sales goals. Both Gene and Kirk were genuinely friendly without being "syrupy". Their followup to my initial visit offered assistance and contact information. Texting was a very effective tool as a supplement to email. Thank you for a great experience.

Service time
The wait has it has improved greatly from last couple of times for being completed on time from when they promised it to be finished.

Never had a issue until......
I've taken my vehicle in a few times this year. Each time no issues. Maybe just pricing. Anyways I totally understand diagnostics fee but when I have the issue repaired there feel that fee should be waived. My Total was $680 and some change that's with the diagnostic fee. This year alone I've paid close to $1,500 for service on my crossover and all that was at your service center.

Good Experience, Even On Very Short Notice
I recently had a front brake job on my 2003 Malibu at a shop in the town near my cabin up north. On the way back home to the twin cities, the front end started vibrating a bit when applying the brakes. By the time I pulled into my driveway, the vibration had turned from annoying to rather violent. Early this past Monday morning, I drove it over to Suburban and asked them (Steve) if they could take a look at the front end, especially the brakes. I got a call an hour or two later telling me what they found and what I suspected - faulty brake job and/or parts. I asked them if they could get me on the road that day because I was going on another trip Tuesday. They said yes, so I asked them to look at a couple of other things while they had it (unrelated to the brake job). I got a call at 12:30 telling me it's ready. Now that's good service, I had no appointment, it was a Monday morning, cars were already lined up to get in from the weekend. Nicely done, Suburban Chev ! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I could not find the car when picking it up. It wasn't in the usual lot and not on the side of the building. I had to get one of the service writers (Jeremy) to come help. It was way back behind the building, where employees park. Being an old lame cowboy, I didn't appreciate the hunt. Still a good experience, though.

Service Center
I visited the service center for an oil change I had scheduled online. Unfortunately, I somehow picked a time that was half an hour later than the last appointment time. Everyone was very gracious and got my oil change done anyway. I hope y'all update the scheduling part of your website! Thanks for the help anyway.

Used car purchase
My wife and I came in to look at a used car we saw offered on the internet. We notified our salesman we were able to come in later in the day. He had the car out front ready for the test drive. We spent a few minutes inspecting the car, drove the car, and decided to purchase within the hour. After just another 30 minutes we were able to take ownership of the car. One of our most impressive visits to a car dealer. Thank you very much!!!!
