Took 2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. Was told no more than 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours had to find service rep to determine status. Told at least another half hour. Went back to pay in advance of completion. Rep left w/o telling me. Other reps had no clue what was going on. Could not find paper work. Finally finished in a rush as I was now late for another appointment. Realized at home the 10% discounts I showed the rep initially were not applied and then had to call to be corrected. Just bad service. Have now decided to switch to Lenzen.

Austin was very helpful...I almost needed CPR in reaction to the price of the repair, but I survived it. (Just kidding but it was a shock.)

My previous experience with car sales is very skewed so it was a pleasant surprise to interact with Ethan and Matt. They were open, transparent, and not pushy in any way. They listened to my needs and concerns, then made sure that they were served to the best of their abilities. In sum, it made me feel like they were there to help me get the car that I want—not the car that they can sell. I will be sure to return here for future purchases.
