Jeff Reynolds is the owner of Reynolds Auto Sales in Wakefield MA. He is a very professional and caring person. Absolutely a no pressure salesman. I have never experienced that kind of treatment when looking for a car. I have had a salesman chase my car when I was driving around the lot and another refuse to give me my car keys back. It was truly a pleasure to be permitted the time to make my own decision. I was looking for a luxury sports convertible and that is Jeff's specialty. I eventually settled on a 2012 Lexus convertible. I was searching for a BMW convertible in a certain color and low miles. I found what I wanted at Reynolds Auto Sales. When I saw all of the great reviews of this dealer, I figured I would go check out the car. Jeff could not have been any nicer or more informative. I drove the car, we agreed on a price, shook hands. He put the car inside the shop until I picked it up a couple of days later. The car was in impeccable shape, the minor blemish had been taken car of as discussed. Jeff took the time to give me a basic tutorial of the cars dash and even had a full tank of gas for me!! Just an all around pleasant experience, no stress/pressure just an easy business transaction with an honest person with high integrity. I would totally recommend Reynolds if you are looking for a late model luxury auto and buying with confidence.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff's "no pressure" approach is no gimmick. He is flexible, informative and has a fleet of great vehicles. I bought my BMW from him 5 years ago and it was a pleasant, informative, non stressful experience. The car was in excellent condition, well priced, and proved to be extremely reliable for the 5 years I owned it. Jeff was always available and helpful with any questions that came up about the car. This time I experienced the same amazing customer service. Jeff was flexible and always available. He was extremely patient, helpful, and informative as I had a difficult time deciding between 2 cars. He never rushed or pushed me to a decision. There is no reason for me to go anywhere else.

Great experience in buying a used car. Felt comfortable throughout the process. No pressure. Dealership very knowledgeable about the particular car we purchased. We drove 180 miles, round trip, and would do again if we were to upgrade.
