15K service, I appreciated receiving the videos and narration provided by the service technician; showing the underside of my vehicle, his review of what he observed, old parts being replaced and explanation of cleaning agents & additives that were use on/in my vehicle. However, the service was pricey but but I feel like they did a good job.

Left damages on my vehicle and opposed to properly fixing
Left damages on my vehicle and opposed to properly fixing it they decided to buff what they can and leave behind most of the damages. They had my car for a service that only should’ve taken them 2 days at most but kept it for 5 whole days.

I was quoted $3300 worth of work and took it somewhere
I was quoted $3300 worth of work and took it somewhere else for a second opinion to find out there was only $800 Worth of work needed. Was told I needed off for rotors, brakes, front bearings and had a coolant leak. Actual work done was 4 brake pads and 1 rotor. They’re disappointing. Once I told the advisor I would not be doing the work with them he became very short and treated me like garbage.
