If I could give zero stars, I would.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership flat-out misrepresented the car they sold me. The listing bragged about the “premium Bose audio system” in not one, not two, but three separate places. After driving 18 hours round trip to buy it, I discovered the audio system doesn’t even work. The amp is clearly blown, meaning what they advertised simply wasn’t true. When I reached out, their only “solution” was beyond insulting: they told me to drive another 18 hours back, pay them to fix the system that they falsely advertised, and then drive another 18 hours to pick it up. Completely unreasonable. When I pushed back and mentioned I’d be forced to go to the BBB if they wouldn’t make this right, the salesman immediately cut off communication, claiming I “threatened” him. Now they refuse to respond at all. This is scammy, unprofessional behavior at its worst. They’re happy to take your money, but the second there’s a problem they vanish. If you value honesty, integrity, or even basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs.

I am so sorry for any experience that was anything but a perfect 10. We here at Auto City strive to offer an exceptional buying experience to all of our customers. I have reviewed your information and it appears you are about 4 hours away in the State of North Carolina. I have reviewed all your paperwork and it looks like you declined service and roadside assistance plan that would allow us to get the car brought back in for service. I have reviewed communications between you and our sales team and it looks like we attempted to offer a free service for you ( customer sat repair) but you became aggressive and threatening so we had to respectfully stop engaging. I am so sorry the radio stopped working after you purchased the car. We attempted to assist but could not do so in a respectful and professional manner.

Fast and Easy. Emailed them about the car, got an email back quickly, made a quick phone call and filled out the credit application, and got approved and the next day I went and bought the car. Simple, Quick, and Easy. Definitely would recommend and shop here again.
