the friendly and helpful attitude of Doug Stansberry, who was my service advisor tis time. I have dealt with many different service advisor and each on has been superb

Fith car as smooth as the first.

Professional service

Mike came outside immediately to greet me and take my keys since the service center was full. He called me with a rundown of repairs before I even arrived at home. Car was ready and clean on time at 4:00. Excellent service.

150k maintenance

Online appointment scheduling is succinct. Great follwup call to discuss prices and work to be accomplished and representative had reviewed my maintenance history. I appreciate that effort. Checking in is always highly efficient. Excellent loaner vehicle. Excellent progress updates and advice on additional work needed.

We really appreciate working with your staff, especially Dan Keiser, who always provides us with excellent service. Your estimates on the cost of repairs are always accurate and you always fix the problem the first time the car is brought to you. To a large degree, the reason we own two Volvos is because we have confidence in your shop.
