Very kind and polite young man. He paid attention to all of my requests and he made sure everything was completed properly. He even escorted me out to my car and double checked . He was very helpful and even programmed my latest phone number. I have always been well taken care of each time I have come in for service.

Love this dealership! The service department is professional & courteous, and never tries to upsell services that are not needed. I keep my cars for an exceptionally long time, and they help me set an affordable plan and timeline to keep it running which helps to avoid big expensive breakdowns.

The service team members are very friendly and helpful. I was very grateful for the respectful and attentiveness of Anthony for all the time I talked to him. Regarding Mary, I was stacked on the road for the reason that the fob key was not starting my car. He was there with me via the phone to walk me through what I need to do to fix the issue. I appreciated his help and patience. Thank you!!

Everyone is courteous and friendly but service is very slow. I entered in the garage thru the “ExpressLane at 1230 and did not get my car back until 250 pm. That is not express service. I tried to make an appt before arriving and was tol you do not take any appts for oil change. Very frustrating!
