Excellent service
My name is Sri. I took my 2015 BMW 528i xDrive for service to motorwerks BMW on 09/11 and I had a very good experience. Brad Nelson was assigned as the adviser and he was very professional at work. He delineated all the things that were done on my car. He also arranged for changing my brake pads, routers and brake fluid under the BMW warranty that I had and took care of my car very well. This is my first service at Motorwerks BMW and with all the good experience that I had, I recommend going to this place.

BMW 2014 X1
I had an awesome experience at the dealership. Leo Guzman was my consultant, awesome guy. i told him what i was looking for and he was able to help me find my dream car. He had great knowledge of the car features and we also went on a test drive which was super fun. I am extremely happy with my purchase and everyone loves my new baby as-well. Definitely recommend, and ask for Leo!

Bad experience
Purchased new X5 and in two days car had to be taken into service for "several weeks". I was given a temporary X3 but I still paid lease for X5. Nobody bothered to offer any compensation or anything. Definitely my first and last BMW.

First time BMW owner 540XI
Tony Berg was great to work with, as was his mentee Kyle. They were friendly, knew their stuff and the whole process was extremely efficient. I didn't have to give up my entire Saturday, which was much appreciated since it was a beautiful day! Tony followed up with me a few days later and offered to schedule some time with a BMW Genius as I told him the technology was overwhelming. A very pleasant experience overall and I love my new car!!!!
