He’s communication wasn’t helpful.

He’s communication wasn’t helpful. He wasn’t calling us and let us know what was going on while my car at shop. Every time I was got to hold him he wasn’t calling us back. I would say it was bad experience for the first time.

I had my 2015 CRV in for service today. Wali was my service agent. He was very helpful and explained everything necessary to service my car 😊 This is my first time servicing my car at this location and I was very impressed!!
