The facility was nice, the people were nice. The paperwork seemed to take a really long time. I think I was at the dealership for 1 1/2 - 2hours just to get through the paperwork. It would be nice if that could be streamlined.

Adam was very helpful in helping me choose which Sierra to purchase, and made the process as stress free as possible

Was told my brakes were too bad to drive home. When I said I wasn’t planning to change out the brakes that day the tech said I may need to sign a waiver before leaving. On the inspection sheet I received the section for brakes was coded yellow, not red. Got a second opinion that showed brakes still had 70% life left. The oil change and tire rotation was fine.
