Service very poor.

Service very poor. Charged $180 upfront 'diagnostic fee' then claimed could find nothing wrong. I would NOT ever go here again for service work. Rep was also surly. Years back they had very professional and capable employees, but apparently no longer.

Slow to get back to me.

Slow to get back to me. Vehicle price was over MSRP. Terrible trade in values.

Great Service

We worked with Brian to get a 2015 Kia for our college age daughter. Well unfortunately our plans changed with my wife’s vehicle and passed on the Kia. Brian understood and pointed us out to another Walker dealership and even brought us over there. Needless to say, we drove home a new Suburu that day! Thanks Brian!

HORRIBLE!! DONT BUY THE WARRANTY!

Had my vehicle in twice for the same issue. Said they would cover the rental-it was in for 2 wks when I went to pick up they charged me, when I challenged they took it off but said they will never give me a rental again. I have the Walser warranty which states a rental is included (for 5 days) however this was the second time my car was in for the same issue and this time it left me stranded after I was told the first time the lights meant nothing and I could keep driving it. They obviously meant something they couldnt figure it out so they had a GM tech come out to look at it, it say one week in their lot waiting for someone and then they tried to charge me a rental for something they couldnt fix.

Jeremiah Whittlef was excellent to work with. He was the most informative with the many questions we had. He was a one man stop for everything from trim packages to setting up the electronics for us. He washed it, filled it with fuel last minute and did all the financing. Its an amazing Vehicle! Thank you Jeremiah!

Jeremiah Whittlef was the most informative salesman I've meet. No pressure and honest. See this great man for a vehicle!
