The classic dealership experience of over-promise and under-deliver. We had to follow up several times for simple requests and heard different things from different sales reps. In all, it didn’t feel like the customer came first. Herik’s hustle and commitment to us secured the ‘deal’, otherwise we would have looked elsewhere. In all, bad taste from sales and management.
