Overall the best dealer and service I have ever received. Only wish that I was notified in advance that if I came in 1000 miles earlier, I could have received my final free oil change.

MORRIE’S Cadillac Golden Valley

Despite a really nasty ice storm the service staff was there, they were polite and professional and I was in and out with my oil change in about 40 minutes

New Cadillac XT4 Purchase

I worked with Austin Wick and Kyle Meyer on a trade-in and purchase of a new 2019 Cadillac XT4 this week. I was an out of town buyer and needed to get a deal done very quickly for my mother. They followed through and had everything ready for me to sign and pick up the car. It was quick and easy with zero hassles. My mother loved the surprise of her new car and they put one of those large red bows on it for her arrival.

Excellent Service

Had my car towed in for non-start...the technician Scott Hanson did a thorough inspection of my car, pinpointing exactly what the problem was (Crankshaft Position Sensor, Plugs, Oil Change)...for some reason the car still wasn't acting right so they asked for more time with my car to find out what else could be the problem as well as spend some time with my car to make sure I was good...they even sent a video through text to show me what they discovered during inspection...Dan Kane the Service Advisor is the consummate professional...I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back here for service and will recommend people to them as well

Got the car I wanted but not the deal

The people were friendly but the process was slow. Did not feel I got a good deal either but I am happy with the car.

Just picked up my 2004 Deville DTS from Morries Service...

Just picked up my 2004 Deville DTS from Morries Service and am extremely satisfied...the techician took his time, was very thorough to find the problems and address them...and the price was right! Will definitely continue to recommend Morries Cadillac
