The Mtce person I had this time, was really honest and didn't try to sell me something just to make a commission. I hate it with my old car I just couldn't get a oil change and tire rotation without saying I need this and that.

I wanted to trade in my current Toyota for a newer vehicle with AWD. Was referred to this location and salesperson by a family member. Location had a good selection of vehicles I was interested in. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend them in the future.

Our Sales associate Wendy was excellent. We visited this dealership just to test drive few vehicles and gather information for a second vehicle. We were not planning on purchasing anything. Wendy got to know us answered our questions and found the perfect vehicle for us. After we purchased a used RAV4, we went and weighed our boat, we were certain it was under 1500lbs, we were wrong. We went back to Wendy and explained our mistake. Wendy was able to find a RAV4 adventure (3500lbs tow limit) and returned the one we purchased 2 days earlier for this one. While keeping our monthly payment the same, she made the process painless for us, even though I am sure it was not. The service at this location is unlike any other dealership I have been to.

I really like the helpful advice and I like that the quick entry inspection caught the condition of my tires. I'll be making some road trips in the near future and besides getting my timing belt replaced and feel safer with the new tires. Plus they were on sale. So I'm grateful to have such a great trustworthy place to bring my car into for service. I also killed some time looking at used vehicles and learned more about the new technology in the newer cars.
