Brought my Jeep Rubicon in for regular service and once

Brought my Jeep Rubicon in for regular service and once again was treated like a rock star. My personal service advisor Angelina was with me every step of the way with her typical expert advice and friendly demeanor. BTW, the coffee in the waiting area was also great!

The couple of issues that have come up have been handled

The couple of issues that have come up have been handled to top quality repairs in a manner as timely as possible. Once again Angelina was very helpful and kept me up to date every step of the way. Easy and painless experience. I'm very happy with the the entire team at Autoland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep.

I had an issue with my Jeep after an on-air update

I had an issue with my Jeep after an on-air update failed, and Angelina went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. She scheduled my appointment quickly, arranged Uber rides for me back and forth, and even gave me her number so I could easily text her for updates. Throughout everything, she kept me informed about my Jeep’s progress, was always positive, professional, and genuinely generous with her time and care. Angeline is attentive and proactive and made what could have been a stressful situation completely smooth. She’s a true asset to the dealership!
