Service manager Angelina explained all the details to my oil change and other mantainance future issues I may have to address. She communicated both verbally and by text on my vehicle update and progress. Absolutely great service.

The last Jeep lease we did at this dealership we were not

The last Jeep lease we did at this dealership we were not pleased with the individual we worked with. He never seemed very trustworthy. I don't see him there anymore. The most recent service we had at Autoland for the same vehicle was handled by Joe. He was very good, and a pleasure to work with.

The staff at the service department is friendly and go

The staff at the service department is friendly and go out of their way to accommodate me. They informed me of what needed to be done and were accurate as to how long it would be. Angelina worked with me to make everything easy as possible. Everyone I dealt with was great!

Scheduling was a bit odd, and there was no appointment

I’m glad I went to Autoland.

I’m glad I went to Autoland. They had the car I wanted and I got it for a price I was happy with. Pat was a big help and walked us through every step of the process. It was a no pressure atmosphere. Steve and Jack were a help too as well as Ed in finance. I would totally recommend the team there to anyone. It was a great experience.

I was Autoland-Jeep for the standard 75K mileage service. Quite happy with the service and support provided. Also a great spot to pick up accessories and Jeep-branded stuff!
