A Happy customer

I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped me buy my new. Jeff was very helpful and understood what we wanted and led us in the right direction. He was pushy and he listened to us. We talk to him on the phone first and he told us what they had and then we went in and talk to him and got the car the same day. When I picked it up he explained everything to me how it work and what to do to make it work.I would not worry about telling anyone about you dealership or to talk to Jeff. Excellent Customer Service

Ron was willing to answer each and every one of my questions before I purchased the vehicle. Also, after I purchased it, he took me out to the car and showed me each and every feature of it. I have seen nicer dealerships, but this one is truly about getting the cheapest price for the customer.

Great Experience

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our buying experience at Superior. We submitted our car inquiry via the internet and were immediately contacted by Joe Hosch. From that point on Joe helped us with our purchase. The car we wanted was on a railcar in Kansas, Joe contacted other dealerships to find the exact car we were wanted. All the people at Superior did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a used or new car.

brake job

scheduled appointment online for front and rear brake repair. dropped off car, decided to wait for the vehicle and it was determined by the tech that my brakes did not need replacing at this time. they reassured me the brakes would be monitored on future visits to the dealer to determine when brake pads would need to be replaced.

Extremely pleased with my sales professional, Don

He made me feel like a family member . Knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy or demanding . He truly " worked" for me . I came to Superior Ford because of how the dealership treated my son last year, as he picked up a F150 too . You made the process of purchasing a new truck " Painless " !!!
