I had submitted an application for a pre approval. The same day I was contacted by Matt who very quickly gained my trust over the phone. He was eager to know what car I was looking for and my expectations. They never once made me feel pressure about anything. He laid out all my options over the phone and directed me to someone who could help me the following day. When I walked in and sat down with Ali I told him exactly what I was looking for and hoping to find. Very quickly he pointed out a car that was just everything I needed. Ramon made the finance portion quick and easy! It was one of the most easiest experiences I had ever experienced at a dealership.

My wife and I were not in the market for a new car. On a whim we went to a different JEEP dealership to test drive Wranglers and had a terrible experience with everyone we interacted with there. A couple days later, we went to Bloomington Jeep and met Chad Smith. He was the opposite of what we’d encountered at the other dealership. Chad was laid back, friendly, informative without being pushy, and most of all, he was genuine. He cared about us being happy. If that meant we bought a car from him, great! If not, he treated us just the same. When we decided to buy a Jeep Cherokee Limited Chad went to extremes to get us the exact vehicle we wanted.

I had been looking for a specific car when I found the one I wanted online at Bloomington. I left a message for a callback and Chad called me immediately. It was close to closing time but he said he’d still be waiting for me if I wanted to drive over there. I did and he was. He had the car all ready for me. He got me some extra cash off the car aside from the rebates I inquired about. And he was so fast and easy to work with. I finally got the car I wanted and in UNDER an hour! Management was great as well. Will definitely purchase from the dealer again and will always work with Chad going forward. I highly recommend!!
