My 1st Nissan
Stop by to look at the 2011 Nissan Rogue. Ended up trading in my old vehicle and driving the new Rogue home. They made sure I was happy and comfortable with the financing. Will return again when I'm ready to trade in my 2nd vehicle.

BEST PLACE ON EARTH TO BUY A BENZ FOR A YOUNG BUYE
I was blown away by your sales staff, service, and everyone that works at your dealership. I originally went to sears imports to buy a new benz, but after standing around for twenty minutes in their lot, I had to get someone from their sales department for help that didn't seem to really care. Being a mid 20's buyer i wasn't taken serious, so I went to Feldmann instead. After pulling into the parking lot I was greeted by Scott right away. Scott found me the car i wanted for the price i was willing to pay. Scott blew me away by his professionalism, and attention to detail. If anyone is looking for a new or used benz, go to Feldmann... Sears imports is over priced.

Best Mercedes Dealer & Service in Area!
We have been buying and servicing with Feldman for 10+ years. Previously bought from other local dealer in western suburbs who after repeated service calls (4) could not resolve and identify problems on new E320 heating system and new ML320 air conditioner. On first visit to Feldman's problems identified and fixed. Have purchased/traded three additional vehicles since, with very positive experiences.

Rude and Arrogant
Went in to buy a 2009 Mercedes S550. The manager came across as arrogant (borderline rude) and seemed to talk down to me. They didn't seem keen to earn my business. He had an attitude and made me want to leave! Will take my business elsewhere.
