Great Product and Sales/ Product representative !

Needs improvement

It was a pleasure dealing with Cameron. However I think your technicians could improve their service. Besides the fact that not everything has been fixed there are a couple new problems. I appreciated the minor detailing but they also vacuumed up the little felt cover at the bottom of the cup holder behind the brake handle. This was an original part of the car and is now missing. Also now one of the headlights is out and the dashboard lights were not completely fixed. I cannot see the gear shift indicators or fuel gauge or warning gauge. They are still unlit.

Fast service and friendly staff!!

Everything about Elgin Toyota is great. I drive 20 miles from Chicago to have my 4Runner serviced at Elgin Toyota. Friendly staff, Taylor is wonderful, and the service is always performed quickly. It’s a first class operation.

105k Service

Friendly staff and quick service. More work was needed as the suspension is making noise, and I was provided an estimate. I declined the work because we are considering buying a newer car and didn’t want to spend more money on this one unless we plan on keeping it for another few years. There was no pressure to do the additional work.
