We purchased Highlander XLE from Elgin Toyota. The MSRP total included the delivery, processing and handling fee of $1,120.00 (they gave us a $245.00 discount) but still had to pay the balance. When we questioned salesperson Girish and manager Moe both said the buyer has to pay and we paid. Later, we called two other Toyota dealerships and both dealers confirmed that since the MSRP total includes the delivery, processing and handling fee they will not charge the customer. We lost the trust we had in Elgin Toyota and it will be hard to buy another car or recommend them to someone else.

Pleasant visit, bought a highlander. High volume dealer so it took a while from start to finish. Enjoyed working with Girish and Imran, they were very friendly and got it done. Made the numbers work and didnt rush me by any means. I'm glad there was not a manager putting on a show and screaming at his team about how the price was too low. I'm very glad that didnt happen, that would be a total turn off.
