Worked there, treated employees like puppets. Never helped a person very condescending and arrogant man. Would never call back customer especially if they were upset about a vehicle. Honestly the worst Management I ever dealt with.

Awful, pathetic, substandard dealership! Don't EVER buy a vehicle from this place. Sales person was good but they don't stand behind the garbage that they sell. Been fighting for 6+ months with the xxx that we were sold. Brand-new Blazer EV SS, just sitting. They don't call you back and did absolutely nothing to try to fix the problem. Don't EVER buy GM junk! And don't ever use this dealership for anything whatsoever! Please check out all the videos of the defective pile of junk I was sold and share it with as many people as you can. They also own Wood City in Cloquet, MN so STAY AWAY from there as well! This place is a joke! Their GM is a pathetic joke! They owe me $5800 in cancelled service contracts, then they are trying to screw me over and shortchange me by $600 now and they continually play games. I will have to take legal action as a result. GM is a garbage company and the dealerships refuse to service it and the entire company is nothing but a joke! Don't buy any of their JUNK! I WILL be taking legal action against GM for all the pain and suffering they put me through as well. GM JUNK GM JOKE!

I had a good experience. But I am not having a good experience answering this questionnaire. If you want any information from me in the future, use the postal service because, I am done here.

bought a 2016 Chevy duramax 3500 for $30,000.00 1 month ago and has had everything that could go wrong with this truck has went wrong. Now it needs head gasket and a rear end and they have turned me away for service after telling me what’s weomg with. Now head gaskets will cost $5,000.00-$8,000.00 Rear, another $5000.00 These people are thief’s, they should have never had this truck on the lot with all these problems. My truck was with them for a week and half with them figuring it out and then they turned me away for threatening a lawyer. Wolves in sheep’s clothing. I’m 29 and self employed now I have to pay for this so I can sell it. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Broke my lug nut stud and made me pay 200 dollars. Customer stated maybe the mechanic was over zealous with the power tool. GM Brian S stated that they don't use power tools when removing lug nuts. What a joke.
