I had hail damage to my new Buick Encore. The Estimated repair time was 4 days. I had my car back in 2 days. They are well organized an have a great professional customer service team. I always get great service and would recommend them to my friends and others.

Dishonest Business
Good luck.. they low balled my trade and then after trying to get me to pay more and extend terms because the lowest interest rate they could get was 5% for 72 months. They don't give you a detailed offer with the price, trade value and fees listed so after 2 hours of negotiations I still didn't know what they wanted for the final financed amount. I finally left and looked at America's First's rates which are far below 5% so I called the salesman to ask the final out the door price and was told $41k after down payment and without financing through GM. I texted again this morning to confirm this and was told the same thing. I went and got preapproved, called to put down a deposit in the truck to pick it up Saturday and the salesman said that he messed up and it would be $45k instead. I have called twice to talk to a manager and have not received a call back yet. Shady people.

I thought the team was great at Howard Bentley GMC, I live 5 hours away from the Dealership and they made it very easy, going above and beyond, to find what I was looking for..The delivery guys were great as well.
