Another terrible dealer experience.
Another terrible dealer experience. Bought four Hankook tires 2 years ago and tread depth is only 29k miles and the tires need to be replaced, however, this dealer is not honoring the manufacturer’s tread warranty of 65k miles. When the tires were originally purchased, all I received was a receipt. No pamphlet or sheet covering the tread depth warranty. Will never do business with Tom Wood and recommend you don’t either.

My advice to the service department is to provide better communication on the status of the repair. I had to call several times to check on it when was told I’d receive updates.
