Tom Wood Service department was, professional, courteous,

Tom Wood Service department was, professional, courteous, swift and accommodating. There was a problem out of their control, they did what they could do that I could drive my car safely until the replacement tire comes in.

Never used a better dealership! Katie in service helped me with everything I had questions about! Michael my sales man made the buying a new vehicle very easy! My overall experience was wonderful!

Another terrible experience at this dealer’s service

Another terrible experience at this dealer’s service department. I set an appointment online at 3:15 to discuss the tires I purchased there 2 years ago that now need to be replaced. When I get there, I’m told by a service representative that the service manager will be back in a few minutes so I wait. An hour later, I’m asking where the manager is and am told he never planned on coming back. So, instead of checking to see where the manager is the representative made me wait an hour when I could have been doing more productive things. This place’s service department, representatives, and manager are a joke. Don’t waste your time or money there as they certainly don’t care about doing right by their customers.

Another terrible dealer experience.

Another terrible dealer experience. Bought four Hankook tires 2 years ago and tread depth is only 29k miles and the tires need to be replaced, however, this dealer is not honoring the manufacturer’s tread warranty of 65k miles. When the tires were originally purchased, all I received was a receipt. No pamphlet or sheet covering the tread depth warranty. Will never do business with Tom Wood and recommend you don’t either.
