We went to this dealership and at first it seemed we had found a good dealer. We were interested in their 2004 Toyota Highlander. The vehicle had some minor issues however and even though their vehicles come with a 30 day warranty they refused to make the needed repairs. The owner apparently lives in Massachusetts and deals in Conn so he does not need to meet required Massachusetts laws which are far stricter as far as vehicle upkeep and maintenance goes toward dealers. DO NOT buy from them! Go to Harte Nissan instead. Its in Hartford but they are much better at honoring their warranties and caring for their clients. Guy at Harte took the time to explain everything about our new vehicle and made all repairs before we purchased our new car.

Excellent customer service they went on and beyond in helping me get approved & guess what they DID IT!!! They help me pick the right car and I absolutely love it. Jason help me from day one, and two days later I had my car. Explain to me step bye step the finance process I'm very satisfied with there service. Thank you Jason & staff of Vernon Auto Sales :)

My old car suddenly died on me and I was looking for a new used car in quick time. My friends recommended Vernon Auto to me and I got in touch with them at about 3:30PM on the day I lost my car. The staff at this dealership stepped up to the occasion and worked overtime to offer me couple of different vehicles that fit my budget. Once I selected my baby (07 Camry LE) they did ALL the paperwork (which included financing my car at a very reasonable APR and all the DMV red tape) and handed the car keys to me "within" 36 hours of my first contact. More importantly, all throughout the process, I felt that they were helping me buy a good car rather than "sell" me a car. I would definitely come back to Vernon Auto my future vehicle and say that as long as you know "what you want", nothing can beat Vernon auto in terms of effort and hard work they put in to get you the right vehicle.

We knew what we wanted for a vehicle. Came here after an Internet search and test drove the vehicle. Vehicle was just as advertised and decided to purchase it. Was able to work a deal that day and take it home. Staff was excellent to deal with. Gas cover was missing from vehicle and owner had already ordered and new one to replace it, even though he didn't have to. Free of charge. Would definately deal with this company aagin.

I haven't purchased a car yet, But was there today looking and owner spent alot of time discussing and allowing test drive's, very honest and upfront about all the vehicles, a refreshing change
