I would not bring my bicycle in there to have it

I would not bring my bicycle in there to have it serviced.A year after having my truck in there I’m still finding stuff wrong with it that they did wrong. I don’t know how this company stays in business. The only one I can say something good about is the general manager They basically destroyed the trim in my truck and I’m still trying to figure out how to put it back together. i’ve been a Ford man for life and have dealt with another dealership in town for all my cars. The only reason I went to this one is because it was more convenient as far as location boy did I make a big mistake. if somebody from their customer service department cares to contact me, we can discuss it, but I don’t think there’s much longer gonna be able to say in defense of themselves. Bottom line is Veterans Ford sucks and gets no stars.

I was very satisfied with my sales guy he was right there

I was very satisfied with my sales guy he was right there with me every step of the way he knew had very good knowledge of everything I needed to know about the bronco that I had purchased. Kind courtesy friendly. If I needed to purchase another vehicle anytime soon or know anybody that does I will send them his way.

Tony worked with us via phone nearly all day to get us

Tony worked with us via phone nearly all day to get us exactly what we were looking for. My husband was unsure if he would be able to make it in by the day’s end, but Tony made sure to hold the car for us in case we didn’t make it. We did make it in yesterday and Tony had everything ready for my husband, in the most smooth car buying experience we have ever had. Tony is honest and upfront. We had been to nearly six dealers before we called him. We are glad we did. Five ⭐️

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I was given ride to and from my home a few miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending Veterans Ford to any customer. Patrick O’Brien

My experience with purchasing my new Maverick with

My experience with purchasing my new Maverick with Veterans Ford and more specifically, Patrick Borders, couldn't have been better. He put in the extra effort and did a wonderful job for me. We did the whole deal, trade in, loan, signing, and down payment virtually and he delivered my new vehicle to my home when he picked up the trade in. Thank you, Patrick!

Recently my husband and I purchased a used ford f150

Recently my husband and I purchased a used ford f150 truck, which we have been searching for for quite some time. We were happy to find it at veteran ford. Also very pleased with our sales man Tony Lambert. Everything went extremely smooth, he is an absolute professional knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth.
