Archibald's

This was my second experience with Archibalds...Both times I went in to buy a car, I was treated like a queen! Not so at other major dealerships I've been to. No high pressure sales and they seem to go out of their way to make you happy. No game faces once they start the financing like most dealerships...Archibalds knows customer service! Just a wonderful exciting experience like it should be when your buying a new car! I will never deal with anyone else!

We have bought two vehicles from Archibalds in the last few years and found the experience with both purchases the vehicles were as represented. They were honest and had a great selection to choose from. We will allways shop Archibald's first. Their cars are clean and presentable, as well as their facilities. I had been looking for a specific car for a couple of years and happen to drive by Archibalds one day and saw it! I knew Archibalds was a high end dealer and thought the car would be too expensive for me. I was wrong. It was the price I wanted to pay and the people were so nice and helpful! I'd never had a hybrid before and they helped me everytime I had a question about the car, and still do, even months later! I would definately recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out! AWESOME car experience!

I have purchased several cars from Archibald's and have always been impressed with the quality of their inventory and the integrity of their staff. For the money a premium used car from these folks is a far better choice than low end new car. Let someone else absorb the depreciation!

You may think you had a great experience with a Lexus dealer or a luxury car dealer but with these guys it is at a whole new level. If you are thinking about buying a new car I would recommend trying these guys first. I buy all my cars through them and it is kinda addicting so be careful.

I have purchased all of my families vehicles over the last 10 years from Archibald Motors (7 total). Not only was the price more than fair, their service after the sale was excellent. They stand by their vehicles. There was a couple of times that they did not have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. They took all my specifications for the vehicle I wanted and found the car for me. Even though I moved across the country 4 years ago, I would still use Arichibald Motors as my first choice when I need another vehicle.

If he says car is good, it is good and wont sell you any crapy thing. You can trust this guy with money and with cars! If he doesn have the car you want, he will get it. Archibald is the best car dealership you can trust.

I have been to other dealers in the tri cities when ive been in need of a car and have been treated poorly. I went to Archibalds to look for a inexpensive car which I knew they didn't have many in my price range but I heard so many good things about them I had to go in anyways. They happened to have 1 car that fit my budget and let me tell you, I will never buy a car anywhere else! I couldn't beleive how low pressure and friendly they were to me! Its like going home to your family :)
