Let's face it, car buying is not really a good time for the most part. We sit, we wait, we wait, we wait... Not anymore!! I have found a dealership that actually cares about me as a customer, and values the relationship, and has amazing inventory all at the same time. Yes, Archibald's is fun!!

My Archibald experience has been almost exclusively with Sean. He has always been personable and eager to help me find just the right car without becoming obnoxious in the process. I've met other members of the Archibald team and all have been friendly and made me feel welcome on the lot.

At Archibald's, the car buying experience is a pleasure. The salesmen are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The lot is full of clean, beautiful, lightly used cars that hold their value. Prices are reasonable and fair. Service is impeccable. I have bought 5 cars there in the last 12 years. I highly recommend Archibald's.

Joseph Fastabend has been excellent. Fantastic customer service...stays on top of his clients. When ever a car comes on the lot that fits my requirements, he sends me an email letting me know. He is not pushy, which is a nice change, and actually listened to want I am desiring in a car. That is a nice change for the car dealers that seem to be just looking for the quick turnaround, instead of a long term referral based relationship. Have not purchased yet, but will definitely use Joseph Fastabend no matter what dealership he was at, but Archibalds is known for their excellent reputation.

This dealer was very helpful in assisting us in deciding on the sales price, detailing the vehicles prior to sale, advertising, etc. Both cars sold at the price we agreed to sell them for in less than a week. The entire process was conducted in a very professional and customer friendly environment and was well worth the commission chareged for this service.

We bought a used Lexus IS300 from Archibald's for my wife and we were both very happy with the entire buying experience. We were both very impressed with how knowledgeable Joseph was of all the different sport sedans that are available. He really knew all their features inside and out.

Who knew that I'd find a sales person that really knows about specific automobiles that I'm interested in. Joseph Fastabend blew me away with his knowledge. I'm a Volvo guy. While I haven't bought one yet, I'm sure he will find the correct car for me. Like Arnold said "I'll be back"
