Absolutely great experience working with Paul Sevag Motors!!! My situation was a bit more complicated than most and had a very tight deadline. They stayed open way past business hours to accommodate me coming after work. I do feel Jeff went above and beyond for me plus I had a amazing experience working with the entire team there. Friendly, knowledgeable, wonderful showroom! From the look of the other cars they have in the showroom and from the one I bought; you can tell one thing... they only sell quality used cars!! I really appreciate how Paul Sevag Motors handled the purchase of my Q3. When buying from a mfg dealer, the charade that goes on and on is ridiculous. (ie....salesman running to sales manager who then runs to store manager e, stupid up selling , not listening to your needs etc.) The efficiency of this purchase was much appreciated. The car was prepped for sale when I arrived and looked new. Friends that have seen the car can't believe its a used vehicle. Let someone else take the hit on depreciation w/a new car. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealer. I am so happy Carmax lead me to them! Jeff stayed past hours for me to view and test drive the car. I decided there I wanted the car then and he stayed late to run my credit report. He also came in early so I could drive the car to work. Every employee and Paul himself were awesome and very friendly. They informed me on the car and made sure I understood how to work all of the features before I left the lot. The office and the garage was spotless to the point you’d be shocked they work on cars all day! Once it’s time for a new car I’ll be back. My parents and cousin who went with me would say the same.

I found Paul Sevag Motors while doing a search on Carfax. I clicked on a pop up ad for a car fitting the description of my search. I found a first class, well maintained, brand new looking, very low mileage and priced very right jem. I also found a first class used auto dealership in the process. I worked with Philip at first. Phil is very easy going, very informative, and a true pleasure to work with. We also worked with Paul, who fit the same comfort zone as Phil. This place could be well described as the iPhone of used cars. They have impeccable products and an over and above first class honest approach to car sales. It is truly unique. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent used car and the most pleasant car purchasing experience you will find anywhere. First class is putting it mildly for this dealership because it is undoubtedly in a class by itself. So for either a high end luxury car or an every day practical used automobile, do yourself a favor, (really)...and experience the quality difference for yourself of Paul Sevag Motors.
