I purchased the car from a remote location so trust was a big factor and he delivered in everything he promised. The care was in better condition than he described and arrive on time. After nearly fifty years of car buying with various degrees of friction or contentious attitudes by sales people it was a true positive experience dealing with everyone at Paul Sevag Motors. For this purchase I drove over 500 miles each way and would do it again. The Touareg was exactly as described in photos and in communication with Philip. From the very first email contact with Philip, through multiple telephone conversations and in-person communications the entire process of buying the car I have been searching for for years was simple, smooth and pleasurable. The professional standards and leadership are evident as Paul Sevag is clearly in charge. His years of car selling experience has no doubt been passed on to Jeffrey and Philip, both of whom are easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and very helpful. Each of the vehicles for sale at Sevag Motors is a piece of art in its own right. After purchasing the Touareg X, I asked for and was provided a complete tour of the facility and each of the vehicles for sale. I wish I had room for ten more cars, I would have taken any ten of them with me. Phillip and the folks at Paul Sevag Motors are top notch! I’ve only ever purchased vehicles from “traditional” dealerships previously, so I was initially a bit skeptical. However, my expectations were exceeded and I’m thrilled with my purchase.

I highly recommend this family owned and operated dealership for the following reasons. Every automobile they have is top notch. I mean so clean you really have to check the odometer to make sure it's not new. All have been serviced, inspected, and kept in doors. Show room fresh, no lie. I inquired about my new truck which I found online, and all most instantly found myself involved with a hour and fifteen minute phone conversation with Philip. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or presured at all. He was so flexible with my complicated work schedule. After a week I finally made it to the dealership and met Philip and Paul. They valued my trade fairly, let me inspect the truck even giving me a flashlight, and took me for a real test drive. I mean on back roads and the highway. Philip answered all my new questions. They made the paperwork process very streamlined saving me time with the help of Paul. If I am ever in the need for another car or truck, I will contact them first. I highly recommend that you do to. If they don't have what you want or need, call them. What a great experience. I had been shopping for a Miata, and this car was head and shoulders above anything else on the market. Philip shared a great deal of information about the car and it's history... Just the kind of information a car guy wants. While the car was significantly over Blue Book, it was fairly priced (because it was an exceptional car.) I highly recommend this dealert for anyone who cares about quality cars and an excellent buying experience.

I've spent the last few weeks shopping for my next vehicle, which is another way of saying I've spent the last few weeks looking at dinged doors, scratched bumpers, rusty rotors and lackluster maintenance histories. It also means that I've witnessed multiple dealers display shady business practices, including luring customers in with low sticker prices only to attempt sneaking in unreasonably high dealer fees on the back end (as high as $3,900). The old churn and burn is apparently alive and well. How refreshing then that I had the incredible good fortune to spend some time with the Sevag family today. Paul, Jeffrey and Phillip Sevag were all phenomenal. They were friendly, genuine, ethical, honest, and knowledgeable. They displayed every positive attribute you would want from someone you do business with. Theirs is a true family business that they should all be proud of. Their cars are immaculate, receiving a great deal of mechanical and cosmetic attention. They clearly spare no expense to offer only the best. Take a look at their inventory photos to see for yourself. There is zero doubt in my mind that I will be purchasing additional vehicles from Paul Sevag Motors in the future, and I strongly encourage you to consider doing the same.

I stopped in to look at a specific car that was listed on their website. I was blown away by quality of all their cars in their showroom.
