Sold me a lemon REVISE

I went in to PMR Auto, and the dealer felt bad about the bad luck that I had experienced and the rude things the sales person had said. He worked with me and helped me out a ton, they did take care of me as their customer and I take back the bad review that I put on this site. They can be trusted, used cars can't.

Honest, Professional, and NO PRESSURE

I have now purchased several cars from PMR Auto and each experience has been nothing but positive. I strongly encourage all of my friends/family to purchase from PMR. It is a friendly, no pressure environment. They are so confident that their prices are the lowest by far that there is no need to pressure because after shopping around, they are always clearly the best price. Their cars are immaculate and the sales process is very smooth. I have purchased cars previously from large dealerships who forget your name the moment the purchase is over. PMR is different. It is by far the best experience I've had purchasing vehicles. I agree with the previous review that PMR treats you like family. These guys are AWESOME!!!!

Sold me a Lemon!

I came to PMR from a recommendation from a friend, and they sold me a car that I have had to put over $1,000 in repairs and tows in within the first 2 months of buying it. The car randomly won't start, even after having to get a new starter and distributor, and has inconvenienced me and my husband multiple times. They told me that I had taken a risk with a used car, and that there was nothing they could do. They also told me when I bought it that it would be a great car for a newly married couple just starting out, that it would last a long time, and that a relative of theirs had owned it before and taken really good care of it. I really wanted to like these guys but they are just like all the other lying car salesman out there, they take no accountability for their cars, and will tell you anything so you'll buy it. They weren't willing to do anything to help me out either. Now I understand that it is a used car, and that there is some risk. But if you are going to say you are honest guys and that you stand by the cars you sell, then you should. To top it off they continually insulted me by saying I had caused the damages to the car due to the way I drive. I have owned very used cars before, and have never experienced this kind of headache. They also recommended I sell it and give the problem to someone else. Apparently it is an easy sell! Thanks guys, but unlike you I would feel bad about selling this car and I don't want the next buyer to be coming to me angry for having bought it. Now I am stuck with a car that I cannot rely on, a loan that I have to pay, and I'm sure many pricey repairs in my future. I would never recommend this place. The sad thing is that I wanted to finally know of a trustworthy used car place, and don't be fooled these guys aren't that.

Helpful, Honest, and Not Pushy

I've now purchased several cars from these guys, and they're awesome. They're very fair, they're open about why a car is or isn't a good option, and they really are not pushy at all, which is a huge deal for me. They've also helped me with repairs on cars I've purchased from them. If you're looking to buy a used car, there's not a better place to go.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE

The transaction which included a trade-in was smooth, professional, sincere, non-intimidating and processed seamlessly without any pressure and in a timely manner. The timely manner was important to me because I randomly left work to see the car and was pleased to drive it back to work! I had read the Google reviews prior to visiting PMR. I appreciate their professionalism in responding back to the two negative comments on Google review; I found their response demonstrated their desire to make things right with a customer who expressed a concern. Two brothers Brad and Dean and their friend Dave work there. They were all very nice and helpful. Brad personally helped me through the process. What I appreciate most was the fact that he treated me the way he would want his wife, sister, mom or daughter to be treated by a car salesman if she were out buying a car alone. How I was treated was important to me because I am single and had never bought a pre-owned car from a dealer. He answered all of my questions, claified what was on the CarFax Vehichle History and is taking care of my concerns I had about the vehicle I purchased which I did not have time be taken care of that week. I confidently recommend anyone to PMR Auto and I am grateful for the excellent customer care and service that was rendered to me. -- Bianca West
