I called to ask about a vehicle. I live 75 miles away. With traffic Chicago is 3 hours. Anyway I was told they have a hard time getting qualified people for cars and down payments and etc. Well I'm not them. I already have my money and was calling to ask about warranties and a little haggle as EVERYONE does. Well this kid on the phone starts with hard bully sales immediately. 'Why call, you can't find a better deal that's why you're calling us.' And blah blah. Then basically says they do haggle but because I live 75 miles away, I'm not a serious enough buyer. Like myou $25,000 doesn't matter and then hangs up on me. So I call back immediately. I can't believe this guy. So I talk with Sebastian 'the owner' aka, sounds like a big slime ball of a guy...tells me basically the same thing. 'If you were serious you would have drove here and not call, but fine I'll charge you $500 more and that's how we will negotiate'. Excuse me? Who the heck do you think you are? Respectable businesses don't do business that way. What a joke. At that point I hung up. I encourage anyone looking to not buy here. There is a reason this place (as told by the sales agent) they can't get qualified buyers. It's because this place is a slum lot stringing people out and bullying/intimidating them into bad car loans. (They were really unhappy I already had a loan throught my own credit union). Buy someplace else. ANY place else. This is the type owner and business that we as consumers do NOT need.

I had The Best experience here. The staff was very helpful and kind. They worked with me on payments. Put me in a truck i can afford and very much loved!!

I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan form Millennium Auto and would definitely recommend if they have the car you want. Huge inventory, clean facilities, and super friendly staff. Amy was super friendly and I really enjoyed working with her. She answered my first call, answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process until I drove away with the car I wanted.The price was simply unbeatable. I would recommend this dealer to friends of mine to purchase a vehicle.

Went shopping for a vehicle and ran in too millennium auto sales and they have great prices, I dont think you would find vehicles around for there prices. Did not have a bad experience, the salesman Jack was great and dont let you down on what you want in Financing a vehicle either. GO MILLENNIUM

Filled with joy, this establishment is bomb. Happy i bumped into it driving down Cicero. Not alot of places like this one on Cicero. Great cars, awesome prices too.

Found a Jeep Patriot, happy it was black. I just knew this was a good place after Alex said we gonna get you what you want!!

Summer time is here and i know i needed a new truck. So i remembered my co worker came here and was happy. He refered me, i came Saturday and got my new truck!!

I would reccomend this place to anyone i know. It has been a pleasure working with Torres on getting the Ford Truck i wanted. Great place here. He was super helpful
