Bought a Mazda CX5 Premium plus at Ferman Mazda.

Bought a Mazda CX5 Premium plus at Ferman Mazda. We hace had it about a month now. What a great vehicle and Katisha, the sales person treatwd like we were her family. She knew exactly what we were looking for and when the vehicle arrived took 2 hours of her day to go over everyevery item of tjis crossover. Wonderful ecperience at Ferman.

Beware if you are from Georgia.

Beware if you are from Georgia. They will collect a sales tax for the purchase of your vehicle and Georgia will then charge an Ad Valorem tax. You get no credit for the tax paid at the dealership. If you're a Georgia buyer, look elsewhere.

Great Team

Katisha McDaniel was awesome, I highly recommend her. I leased a Mazda CX5, Katisha patiently explained the features of my vehicle and allowed time for me to write it all down so I can refer back to it later. I've bought many vehicles in my lifetime & I've never had an experience like this. I appreciate your kindness and patience. She knows her product very well and can answer all of your questions. Then the sales Manager Joel Jarrell went above and beyond to work out a deal on my CX-5 and then we leased a 2nd one right after for my sister. To the whole team at Ferman Mazda-Brandon... I'm here to give you 5 stars!!! I'd give you 10 if I could! Thank you for being upfront, professional and for having my best interest at heart!

Happy moment; horrible experience

My mother went in to trade her vehicle in, and ended up purchasing two vehicles at the same time; one for me and one for her. That was December, 2021. As of today, 3/11/22, we still have not received our tags! I have called, went to the office and went to DMV. DMV says we have to deal with Ferman, Ferman says they will call back, and 3 months later, nothing. On top of that, a week after getting the car, my back tire went flat, and won't hold air. A week after that my passenger window went down and would not go up. They told me I had to pay $150 to be seen, then the window may be $300. 2/1, the driver window went down and too, never went back up. As of April 1st, I will return this lemon. My 1st experience buying a car is the worst! I will not recommend this office

Best staff ever

Let me start by saying that the entire staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were awesome. These people are some of the most pleasant people you could ever hope to interact with. They give new meaning to the phrase " bend over backwards for you". They couldn't do enough for us during our service appointment set up right down to performing the first service. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for future service even though we have closer dealers to us. Worth the trip. And let's not forget the sales staff. They will work with you to get the best deal and get you the vehicle that you desire. If we had 10 thumbs they would all point up!

Service team of Joe, Will, and Walter were better than...

Service team of Joe, Will, and Walter were better than perfect! Took my Mazda 2020 CX5 into the dealership for the first complimentary Full Circle Inspection. Synthetic oil upgrade, tire rotation, oil filter, and the total inspection of everything under the hood. Great Christmas present. Great Mazda dealership!
