Great Experience
My last experience with an american dealer was yrs ago and was terrible, so I bought a Honda. Now purchased a GMC Acadia and the entire dealer experience was fantastic. Service area and the way the customer is treated is at or better than any Honda dealer. GM has taken the best of other dealers and improved upon it even more for a completely satisfying experience!

At first i was very skeptical of going into Darcy because...
At first i was very skeptical of going into Darcy because of the comments i have heart about the dealership. I went there about a week or 2 ago and Jesus helped me he was so friendly and helpful what i really liked about his service his he was very focus on trying to find me what i was looking for. Seemed to me he was in the field a long time he was knowlodgble and new everything about cars. He had a smile always on his face he changed my experience now i love youre dealership and want to work more with Jesus.

I needed a used car and had'nt bought a car in awhile.A few friends told me about Darcy and how great they are to work with,when purchasing a vehicle.My car buying experence was great.Mike and Keith answered all my questions and made it real easy to do my deal at Darcy.They gave me a fair price on my trade in ,that had 140,000 miles on it.And Chuck was able to get me a low rate of intrest,for my loan.Darcy also has a very friendly atmosphere,where all the employees,are very polite and fun to deal with.I would recomend anyone to do buisiness at Darcy.

I would like to thank D'Arcy Buick GMC for wonderful buying experience. I spoke with one of the internet sales professional , I believe her name is Gina, and should could not have been more helpful. I arrived and she and the internet manager, Jason, met me and introduced me to the J.R. We ended up purchasing the Terrain, a nicer model than we originally looked at, and could not be happier. I look forward to buying our next car from D'Arcy...we will recommend this dealer to all. Thank you again for your help. We love our new car

Worst Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had
Worst car buying experience I have ever had I purchased a car from D'Arcy Motors that had to be trailered into the dealership, the Sales Manager lost it in transit or sold it to someone else ( I never got a straight answer from them where my first car went) Sales Manager Mike is in the wrong job. We waited over 2 hours to buy the second car due to a finance rep taking a personal day and only one rep onsite that night. They continually told us it woul be just a few minutes but it turned out to be 2 hours. I had a $100 referral coupon from my last D'Arcy car purchase that the Sales Manager would not honor due to a technicality that was not written on the coupon. They care more about new than existing customers This is the second car I purchased from D'Arcy and expected better treatment being a returning customer, would never return to D'Arcy even for service. I have given this service department numerous...
I have given this service department numerous opportunities to meet my expectations but this final experience seals the deal. The service department is very unresponsive, overpriced and I honestly feel that they are trying to cheat people with inflated prices, unnecessary work and surprise charges. I have requested a part be ordered for me numerous times and they have never completed the transaction. I had to leave messages to with questions about a detailing/interiro/exterior protection package that i purchased with my vehicle (approx $650). No one ever returned my calls or answered my questions. No one had explained that there was a time limit to get the work done so by the time I was able to reach a human, this window had passed. Immediately after we had routine maintenance work done on my car, a warning light came on. We were told not to worry about it that it would either go off on its own or we could bring it in at a later date to have it addressed. I brought the car in to day to deal with this light issue only to find out that it will cost me over $1100 to rectify the issue. I had several other items to look into on this same visit. I wanted to know what was causing them and how mcuh each item would be to fix. The result was an estimate in excess of $2700 (including the $1100 noted above). We opted to get a second opinion before proceeding. When i picked up the car, they tried to charge me $120. The cashier could not explain the issue so we had to wait a long time for service to come out and explain. We were asking politely for an explanation of what the charge was since no service was performed and no chrages were approved. The Service person said they were "diagnostic" charges. I indicated that we had not been advised of these potential charges when we dropped off the car and had signed nothing to approve these. The woman snapped at us and immeidately removed the charges. I really feel that they imposed these charges only because we declined to proceed and hoped we would not protest. The defensive reaction and speed at which they caved in, implies to me that they know this is a shady practice and that they had no right to impose this "surprise" charge. I really liked and trusted the salesman but my experience beyond him has been horrible. I will be looking for a different dealership to do business with.
